Synopsis
Eine Geschichte über das Leben von Leila Avakh und Sedigheh Momennia, die sich mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft für den Beruf des Zimmermans entschieden haben. Dieser Beruf gilt in der traditionellen Gesellschaft des Iran als sehr männlich. Als solche stehen die beiden Frauen vor vielen Herausforderungen und Schwierigkeiten, aber sie sind entschlossen, ihren Traum zu verwirklichen und ihre Gesellschaft zu beweisen, dass es möglich ist.

AZADEH BIZARGITI
ist Regisseurin, Forscherin und Produzentin. Ihr Oeuvre umfasst eine Reihe von langen und kurzen Dokumentarfilmen sowie Artikel über Literatur, Frauen und Kino. Einige ihrer Dokumentarfilme sind „An Angel Over My Right Shoulder“ (2011), „The Scent of Lemon at Dawn“ (2014), „Hidden Half“ (2016) und „Waterfolk“ (2019).
درباره کارگردان
آزاده بیزارگیتی متولد ۱۳۵۷ در رشت است. او کارشناس ادبیات، پژوهشگر، کارگردان، تهیهکننده و عضو پیوسته انجمن مستندسازان سینمای ایران است. بیزارگیتی همزمان با از گذراندن دورههای تئاتر و سینما در آموزشگاه هنری حمید سمندریان، سالها مشغول نویسندگی و پژوهش در عرصهی ادبیات، مسائل زنان و سینمای مستند بوده است.

Die Wahrheit ist, dass die Beseitigung von Stereotypen in Bezug auf Geschlechter in den Medien ein wichtiger Schritt zur Erreichung von Chancengleichheit auf der ganzen Welt ist. Aus diesem Grund habe ich die Geschichte von Leila und Sedigheh ausgewählt, die alternative Karrierewege eingeschlagen haben. Ich arbeite daran, eine bessere, gleichberechtigtere und freundlichere Welt zu schaffen.
داشتن فرصت های برابر شغلی با مردان در جامعه ایران یکی از خواسته های نسل تازه زنان است اما آنان در جامعه ایران برای تحقق رویاهایی چنین ساده با موانع زیادی رو به رو هستند. بخشی از این موانع حکومتی و بخشی هم سنتی هستند. فیلم دختران نجار، دونوازی برای یک رویا-تصویری است از یک نمونه از تلاش های زنان برای دستیابی به برابری جنسیتی در ایران. تصویری از این که در شرایط فشار اجتماعی نابرابر زنان چگونه راه خود را برای اثبات توانایی هاشان پیدا می کنند
